Good day! This is a big blog post for me. It is #600! HUZZAH!!!! here is the a regular reader, you know that I strive to produce 3 blog entries a week -- Once a week, a post is about me - and my shows/art, then a Wonderful Wednesday post, and finally a fun post (like a Value Village post).

But I can't seem to keep up with producing my commisssons and my regular work plus all my upcoming outdoor and indoor I have decided to only commit to 2 posts a week.....

My weekly #WW is great, and I have mentioned almost 1000 interesting people, places, and things....that have nothing to do with me, or my art. There is so much great stuff in the world, and I wanna keep sharing the things that deserve the attention.....
BUT here is the #WW takes me about 4 hours each week!

It equates to almost 800 HOURS of research and writing in five years.
You know what I can do with that kind of time? I could paint for 100 days straight with that time!

So the solution is to blog bi-weekly with my Wonderful Wednesday posts!
On opposite weeks, I will post something fun like my Value Village posts.
That makes for 1/2 the amount of work.....but don't worry! You won't have time to miss me!
I will use my FACEBOOK page:

and Instagram account:

I will try to use them MORE for sharing original content....quick simple posts.
For example, maybe I won't save up my Value Village finds, or maybe I will talk about something else I love in a's gonna save a BOATLOAD of time for me! ;-)

You will hardly notice the change.....but for me, I will save a whole day of work a week!
Time that I can focus on painting and stuff!
What do you think?
You know, I do LOVE to hear from you!

Okay.....I KNOW that it is not Wednesday, but I just couldn't get this together fast is TERRIFIC THURSDAY!!!

1.) Mildred's Temple Kitchen.

Okay, I went here for brunch a few years ago, and truthfully, the pancakes were not my favourite......but then we went back last week......for dinner and MAMA LIKE!! Here is why:

Buttermilk fried (boneless) chicken thigh with crisp rye waffles, rhubarb gastrique & sour cream. -- and a side of coleslaw!

SO GOOOOOOD! And yea, all the meals that my companions ate that night were also DEEELISH!
It is a very chic urban vibe....if you like that kinda thing:

So, if you are looking for a nice treat, go and check it out in Liberty Village!
It isn't the cheapest dinner ever, but it was top notch nom nom nom!!!!!
Check ou their site - their tweets - and on the book of faces.

2.) Blossom Dearie. I keep hearing her at my chiropractor's office and each time - i love her!

Blossom Margrete Dearie (April 28, 1924 – February 7, 2009) was an American jazz singer and pianist, often performing in the bebop genre and remembered for her light and girlish voice. One of the last supper club performers, she performed regular engagements in London and New York City over many years.

The album I keep hearing is "May I Come In?" but they all seem to pretty awesome!!!! Check her out:

and this MEGA post of songs:

Great huh?

3.) Jeremy Miranda. Found him on the Jealous Curator. His work is haunting. Don't you think? his website tells you NOTHING about him, but you still need to GO CHECK IT OUT at:

4.) "The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" YES! It is race-y and yes it is quite inappropriate.....but I LOVE IT! If you liked 30're gonna love this one too!!! Bless Tina Fey!!

I love Ellie Kemper in this, and ALSO love Tituss Burgess, Carol Kane and Jane Krakowski! Great casting. Honestly, so good! AND I CANNOT GET THAT THEME SONG OUTT MY HEAD!!
So get your Netflix tuned into this one!

5.) This is a suggestion from my hubby today......enjoy nerds......I especially like the use of the Harry Potter theme.....midway through the song.....
(or go here! - if you can't see it)

VALUE VILLAGE......and more........PART DEUX

Hey guys!
NOW DONT GET USED to having a this frequently.......but since I am away upon vacation, enjoying my time away from my computer, I thought I could give you a little something that might cheer up your morning.......enjoy:

"Hey Sam, wanna come over and play my pocket organ?"
Janice was sure that her necklace and hat matched her outfit.
Oh Janice.

NEW from the Grandma shut-in Barbie dream house collection

All I could think of with this is....

(if that didn't work try HERE!

Honestly, I had to re-write this a million times....because it just came off TOO RACIST AND TERRIBLE.
So I will just give you the middle of each my 3 terrible ERASED comments:
Susan Aglukark
Patty Labelle bowlcut
House of Bob Mackietoogook
This will look lovely with your other roadkill accessories such as that lovely pair of groundhog sandals..

The Courtney Love Doll-- perfect for your little girl!
Just pull the string and she screams out "I'm strung out!"

I know it is painted leather......but that is IT!!!

..and all you do is snap back the Blue Jay's head with your hands, and shove birdseed down the throat...
It's not nearly as violent as it sounds!!
I am always curious about the special items selected for the 'BEHIND the cases' area.
Evidently slipping off your purple snowflake fake-Uggs, and gold lame diaper bag to have a hot lavender bath is the ultimate night of LUXURY!!!!

Nothing says 'I love you ' quite like the blank faces of child puppets.

MORE DOGS! I kid you not!!!

THIS MAKES #6 of the series!!!

This little lady is very Cher (turn back time) meets Whitney (I wanna Dance with Somebody) meets
Phil Spector meets Little House on the Prairie.
YESSSSSS...I wanted that hair in the 80's!

Thanks to Michelle for sending me these photos she took at the Value Village......PLEASE keep sending them in.......It saves me a bunch of work!!!!
(BTW you can read Michelle's blog HERE......or her tweets)

Who is this game for? Ages 6 and up?
Great for you and your slightly molest-y family members? I really want the 'stranger than fiction' sex facts???

I am sure this is gone already. Michelle? Did you buy it???
"Team Snooki" - a much better name than the original suggestion of "Team Orange Herpes"
Free with purchase......the last remaining meal from Betty's child slave labour?
Or is it just baked on rat crap - you tell me!
"Larry craps in the woods of England"
also in this collection of fine figurines "Curly murders a chipmunk" and
"Mo gets intimate with a tree knot".
